The holiday where we all come together to EAT! We all know that you will eat lots of food that's not healthy...
TFR TIP: Eat as much as possible on the actual holiday. Don't eat the same holiday food for the rest of the week. Studies show that it's best for the body to take in all the bad stuff one one occasion.
As probably the most expensive holiday, #Christmas is known for gift buying, food, and fun...
TFR TIP: Put a financial limit on all things spent! Between shopping for all of the loved ones, having another mock thanksgiving meal, the money can add up quick. Make a note to watch ur spending.
NEW YEARS EVE/DAY
Late nights, drinks, food, and plenty of other NOT SO #HEALTHY activities going on.
